Some of Georgia's young talent put their talent on display

On the Radar hoops Rising Stars Camp was a preview of the future top high school prospects. The level of play was thrilling and full of potential. The sky is the limit for these kids. Here are just a few of the kids that stood out:

2021 PG Dallas Lee (Roswell,GA) was nothing less of impressive. The kid can play. He has a great handle of the rock and he’s quick with it. He attacks immediately, doesn’t wait until he’s too deep to pass or shoot, good use of the hesitation, and he has a deadly mid range jumper. This kid has tons of potential.

2020 6’5 WF Joshua Taylor  was a site to see. He runs the floor well, he finishes around the basket, he can start the break, has a decent handle of the rock, and he has a growing leaping ability. He rebounds the ball at a high level and he understands keeping the ball above his head.

2020 PG Kevon Eskridge (Tucker,GA) showed he may be ready to compete on the high school level. He has a good leaping ability for a point guard, good handle of the rock, and a nice mid range stroke. He also pushes the ball on the break and keeps it in the middle of the floor. The sky is the limit for this young man.

2020 SG Chris Newell (East Point,GA) was lights out from deep. He’s a kid that’ll make the defense pay if they forget about him. He’s an excellent spot up shooter and on a couple of his three’s he was atlas 3 feet behind the 3 point line.

2020 CG Jaylen Walton (Columbus,GA) is a lock down on-ball defender. He has great defensive awareness and he’s very aggressive. He runs the break well and he finishes around the rim. He rebounds at a high level for his position and on offense he moves without the ball. He has a high motor and gets after every loose ball.

2022 PG Zocko Littleton was impressive all day. He has good ball skills and can score the ball. He Gets to the basket or can knockdown the jumper. He makes things happen for his team offensively. Littleton has unlimited potential and as he grows his game will too. Look out for this kid when he reaches high school.

2021 F Tyler Shirley was another standout performer. He was a problem around the basket. He was all over the offensive and defensive glass and  he finished around the basket. He is extremely long which gives him an advantage over his opponents. He knows how to find his guards on a defensive rebound or when trying to reset the offense. On the defensive end, with his length, he causes problems for whoever he’s guarding.
